Backyard Renovation in Scottsdale, AZ

Full backyard transformations typically land between $80,000 and $150,000, depending on what is actually going in the ground.

A full backyard transformation in Scottsdale means bringing the pool, hardscape, outdoor kitchen, and shade structures together under one contract, not hiring separate trades and coordinating them yourself. This is the core of what Larkspur builds for homeowners across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and north Phoenix, and it is priced together, not trade by trade.

What is included

A full backyard project covers design, permitting, and construction across every trade the yard needs: the pool shell, hardscape and decking, an outdoor kitchen, pergola or shade structure, and fire features where a homeowner wants them. Two full-time crews build the work, with a third brought in on larger jobs, all under Marcus's direct oversight.

How it runs

Marcus walks the property first and puts together a design and a real range for the full scope, typically $80,000 to $150,000 depending on what is actually going in the ground. Every job gets permitted before construction starts, and where the property sits inside a design-review community, that HOA submission is handled directly and submitted early, since it commonly runs slower than the city permit itself. The project closes with a final walkthrough and a punch list.
